Management is basically the same, and if anything, when I've seen that management has had to talk with anyone, I've been impressed with how it's been handled compared to other places! They could be really nasty about dealing with an employee who's stealing or using things they shouldn't on the clock, but they just haven't been, even giving them a few warnings first.
